Pearl Women’s Center was founded in 2005 by Dr. Richard Rosenfield, a forward thinking, board-certified gynecologist. Located in Portland, Oregon, in the heart of the Pearl District, the mission of our practice is to bring together highly skilled, board-certified gynecologists and specialists in key areas of women’s health. Through a focused approach to women’s health needs, we provide a higher level of care in an ever-evolving and complex area of medicine. With services provided in advanced gynecology, plastic surgery, and non-surgical aesthetic medicine, Pearl Women’s Center is unique in the Portland metro area.

Richard Rosenfield, MD

Dr. Richard Rosenfield has been practicing medicine in Oregon since 2000. After completing his residency training at Stanford University Hospital, he moved to Portland. Simply stated, he fell in love with the Pacific Northwest. Dr. Rosenfield is widely known for his minimally invasive approaches to surgical procedures. He has lectured nationally and internationally about the outpatient approach to hysterectomy, value based healthcare, enhanced recovery after surgery, amongst other topics.

He has pioneered new techniques and surgical approaches in the field of gynecology.

Dr. Rosenfield is active in the Portland metropolitan community as a business owner and educator, lecturing frequently about gynecology topics.

His passion for women’s healthcare led to being elected to the board of trustees of the AAGL, a medical society focused on the education of surgeons and patients alike.

Dr. Rosenfield loves the outdoors, enjoys hiking, skiing, SCUBA diving, and traveling, as well as spending time with his children. Dr. Rosenfield also enjoys playing guitar in his free time.

Jade C. Carboy, APRN, AGNP-C/WHNP-BC

Women's Health and Adult-Gerontological Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Jade C. Carboy, APRN earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Emory University prior to obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University. Before joining Pearl Women’s Center, Jade received training through the American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine and Metabolic Medical Institute in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, as well as training and certification through BioTe Medical . She enjoys providing excellent, comprehensive, and empathetic care to women in all stages of life. Jade believes in treating all her patients as the unique individuals that they are, values strong patient-clinician communication, and advocates for women to have an active role in their own health promotion.

In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing, hiking, camping, and spending time with her two dogs, Jackson and Zoey

Erin Conlon, ND, MS

Licensed Naturopathic Physician

Dr. Erin Conlon is a licensed naturopathic physician. She earned her medical degree from National University of Natural medicine (NUNM), graduating with honors in both her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and her Master of Science in Integrative Medical Research.

Throughout the course of her three-year CNME approved residency with A Woman’s Time naturopathic women’s health clinic, she also completed multi-year specialty medical rotations in naturopathic women’s health, conventional gynecology and obstetrics, and conventional reproductive endocrinology. Her integrative approach to patient care is founded in evidence-based medicine where she incorporates both standard-of-care as well as traditional naturopathic treatments such as diet, lifestyle, and botanical medicine.

While completing her Master’s degree, Dr. Conlon conducted and presented research on topics such as chronic vaginitis, interstitial cystitis, breast cancer, and integrative medicine. During that time she also received a Making A Difference award for Excellence in Research. Today she continues to write and publish research on menopause and other various women’s health topics.

Dr. Conlon is excited to join the team at Pearl Women’s Center where she provides each patient with individualized, comprehensive women’s healthcare.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Conlon can be found cycling, hiking, paddle boarding, practicing yoga, and cooking with her family and friends.
